LEICHHARDT HOUSE II

This double fronted Victorian house required mostly cosmetic work to get it ready for auction. The entire house was emptied then painted inside and out. We had to be sparing where money was spent so we renovated and fixed doors, wardrobes and bathrooms where possible but replaced key items like basins and taps. The garden was given a complete makeover which always makes an impact. We reconfigured the living/dining/study areas which made the house feel bigger and then furnished it with a combination of items from a hire company and the owner.
